Hi, I’m Sorana – the proud founder and hands-on owner of Fudge Escape LLC. 

I’ve been making fudge and homemade goodies for than 18 years, continuously perfecting my recipes and exploring new flavors. What started as a simple joy turned into a way of life—especially after a pivotal moment in my journey. In 2020, I was laid off from my job of 10 years during the pandemic, and a couple months later welcomed a new baby. Faced with uncertainty, I turned to what I knew and loved: making sweet treats from scratch. What began as a way to support my family quickly grew into a thriving passion.

That’s how Fudge Escape was born—out of resilience, love, and creativity. Today, I’m proud to offer handcrafted, small-batch fudge and homemade goodies made in a certified home kitchen. I hold a Food Handlers Certificate and am registered with the Arizona Department of Health Services through the Cottage Food Program. Every batch is made with care, using quality ingredients and time-honored techniques that bring comfort, joy, and sweetness to those who taste them.
